Module 3

Review of the principles and topics covered in Modules 1 and 2, warm-up sequences, static positions at the advanced level, advanced-level exercises, balance, differences and similarities between yoga and Pilates, music as a supportive element, analysis of specific cases (defining limits and competencies), brief overview of the use of small equipment.

Duration

14 hours spread over a weekend, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
