General Conditions of Membership Registration and Internal Regulations

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ACCESSION AND INTERNAL RULES

 

1. HOW TO REGISTER WITH THE ASSOCIATION AND RENEWAL

By filling out in its entirety and signing the forms "application for admission to membership" and "registration renewal" you request registration with ARKÈ Amateur Sports Association declaring that you:

· want to participate in the associative life and share its social purposes, accept without reservation, the Statute of the Association and these rules of procedure regarding the behavior to be held inside the premises of the association and during the events and shows organized by Arké asd and for the use of the equipment and assets of the association;

· comply with the statute and rules established by the ASI;

· accept and respect the rules and directives of CONI.

It also asks for registration for the courses and activities provided by ARKÈ asd. The courses will be delivered according to the contents, modalities and participation contributions explained through special information material available from the secretariat of the Association and the website www.arke1981.it

Registration is considered completed at the time of acceptance by the Board of Directors of the registration request and is subject to admission to the course by the Association and the payment of the membership fee and the entire participation fee, based on the course and the chosen activity.

It is necessary that those enrolled in the courses demonstrate fitness to practice physical activity, through a medical certificate that must be presented on the first day of the Course and in which it is expressly stated that there are no contraindications to the practice of physical exercises (D.M. 24.04.2013).

 

2. PAYMENT METHODS

The payment of the membership fee and that relating to the courses for each period must be made at the same time as registration or renewals.

Participation fees are differentiated according to the course and the chosen activity.

In case of non-payment, participation in the course will not be allowed.

 

3. HOW TO BOOK COURSES AND ACTIVITIES

Attendance at the chosen courses and activities is regulated through four different booking methods:

· Use of the “Sportclubby” application

· Telephone request

· Use of Whatsapp

· By email

 

4. HOW TO CANCEL COURSES AND ACTIVITIES

The practice of reservations and cancellations for GRAVITY, IN-Forma/PER-Forma courses is as follows:

• All afternoon classes, therefore starting at 1 pm, can be canceled AT LEAST 8 hours before the start of the lesson.

• For morning lessons it is necessary to cancel by 8 pm the day before.

• If you do not cancel in time, the lesson will be charged.

For example, a lesson that starts at 6 p.m. can be canceled no later than 10 a.m.; a lesson that starts at 8 a.m. must be canceled by 8 p.m. the day before.

If you are on the waiting list, it will be your responsibility to check if you have been included in the lesson.

 

5. PRIVACY POLICY

The user is informed that Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, n. 24 provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.

According to the laws indicated, such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting the confidentiality and rights of the subscriber. The following information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. The treatment we intend to carry out:

A) has the purpose of concluding, managing and performing the requested services; to organize, manage and execute the provision of services also by communicating data to third-party suppliers; to communicate advertising messages relating to the institutional activities of the Association; to fulfill the legal obligations or other obligations required by the competent Authorities; 

B) will be carried out in the computerized and paper manner;

C) except as strictly necessary for the correct execution of the supply contract, the data will not be

Communicated to other subjects, if not expressly asking for your consent.

The Data Controller is ARKÈ — Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica, C.so Casale 137, 10132 Turin to which you can contact to assert your rights as provided for in article 7 of legislative decree no. 196/2003 attached to the "application for admission to membership" and "renewal of registration"

 

6. PROGRAM VARIATIONS

The Association reserves the right to modify the dates, schedules, teachers and contents of the Courses and associative activities.

 

7. RESPONSABILITY

ARKÈ — Amateur Sports Association will not be held responsible in the following cases:

 ·for any damages that the members may have caused during the lessons and/or in any case inside the premises for facts not attributable to it;

· for any direct or indirect damage that may occur to the members, as well as force majeure or fortuitous event, by other members or third parties in general;

· for the non-realization and/or interruption of lessons or courses attributable to a cause not dependent on their organization;

  •  for objects and material introduced into the premises by the associate;

· for any damage caused and/or dependent on objects and/or material introduced by the member in the premises of the association for which the member assumes full and exclusive responsibility.

· for objects and values forgotten in the locker room.

 

Objects forgotten and found by the association's staff will be kept and can be collected within 15 days at the secretariat. After this period, the association assumes no responsibility for the fate of the objects found and delivered to the secretariat.

 

8. CLOTHING

The associates must have an orderly and appropriate dress for the activity carried out that allows the teacher to observe and correct.

It is forbidden to wear pendant earrings, watches, necklaces and bracelets to ensure safety during classes and workouts, not to damage the machinery and to ensure a correct and pleasant experience of psycho-physical activity.

 

The associate is aware that for some courses a particular clothing is required that will be indicated at the first lesson or at the time of registration. In order to guarantee the best hygiene, inside the rooms the associate undertakes to wear only shoes suitable for use, perfectly clean and not coming from the outside. Otherwise, the management reserves the right to exclude the member from participation in the lesson or training without this entailing the loss of the obligation to pay.

 

9. RULES OF BEHAVIOR

 

· Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the Association, including electronic cigarettes.

· It is essential to arrive on time to the lessons and not leave before the end.

· The associated student enrolls in the type of activity chosen and will not be able to make claims or complaints in the event that the teacher is replaced or changed for personal or educational reasons that will be evaluated seriously and competently by the management.

The decisions taken by the board of directors and educational council in this regard are final.

 

· Attending the lessons is only possible with the prior consent of the teacher and for the entire duration of the lesson.

 

· Movements from one course to another must be authorized by the teacher in agreement with the board of directors and teaching.

 

· Minor members are under the responsibility of teachers only during class hours.

 

Parents of small associated students are asked to avoid attending the lessons so as not to create distractions.

 

If they stop inside the structure they are not covered by insurance. Arké asd is only responsible for registered members.

 

· Events and shows are not mandatory, but if you do not intend to participate, you are invited to report it to the secretary and the teacher well in advance; even those who do not participate in the essay are invited to learn the choreographies, which are an integral part

 

 

And of the educational program.

 

· Members are invited to participate in the democratic life of the Association by intervening at the assemblies.

10. DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS

 

Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation or in any case failure to comply with the basic rules of civil coexistence, may entail the right of the Association to decree the immediate expulsion of the defaulting member without this matting the right to the return of any sums already paid.

 

11. COMPETENT COURT

 

Any dispute arising from this regulation will be submitted to conciliation according to the provisions of the Rules of the Arbitration Chamber of Piedmont, referred to here in full.

 

In the event that the conciliation has a negative outcome, the dispute will be referred to the court of Turin.
