Training younger individuals with the Evolution Training program means providing them with a general athletic preparation ideal as a foundation for all sports, but above all beneficial for their health.

Evolution Training is a physical education program designed for youth aged 5 and up, divided into age groups and consisting of functional exercises using bodyweight or small equipment, aimed at improving all conditional and coordinative abilities.


Considering that many motor skills develop optimally during puberty and adolescence, investing in these skills is essential for the future.
